Pros
The kiddos! Helping them learn and grow is b so rewarding in itself. Pay is above average compared to other RBT jobs at other companies. Pay can be up to 23 an hour if notes and schedule are turned in on time.
Cons
Platform kinda sucks. Bonus depends on whether notes/ schedule are on time but you have to check and double check notes submitted. It's a bit lonely as all of your colleagues are remote mostly. I would like more of an opportunity to learn from my BCBA and a team.
