      Pros

      Springbord has been a great place to work for the past three years. I joined as a Senior Process Associate and grew into a Team Leader role. The management and team have been supportive, and the company provides good opportunities for career advancement.

      Pros

      Good culture when I started but went downhill as revenue plummeted. They hired such wonderful, bright and empathetic folks which made for a cool culture. They used to have a very structured way of getting promoted which was great and achievable.

      Cons

      Revenue was sinking when I left and it was all due to bad business decisions and bad management . There were multiple layoffs. Their "Fixes" made everything way worse, instead of listening to their CSM's about where the real issues were, they'd try these crazy strategies for improvements which wouldn't get to the root cause. So much potential but by the time I left, everything was on fire.
