Pros
-teammates who are generally easy to work with -good company infrastructure -team outings and snacks
Cons
-company talks big about values but may be quick to forget them when it comes to leadership applying the same values to themselves (then again, most companies do this so don't let it stop you from joining) -hiring process can be a little misleading wherein you submit multiple assignments and in some cases don't even hear back about your performance on those time consuming assignments -a lack of strategy at upper levels can be felt
