      Pros

      - Company cares about employees - Flexible work culture, get what needs to be done but not a face time or political culture -Very engaging work, mission driven (we get to help our students change their lives) -Dont work on anything that isnt important -Pretty funny people -Think the future is very bright for Springboard, lots of growth

      -Pay slightly lower than expected / less benefits than industry standard

      Pros

      - The mission of this company is remarkable and exists to help people achieve their career goals. - People at this company are mission-driven and are quick to offer a helping hand - Leadership makes a genuine effort to listen to employees at the company and they're willing to move fast and drive change - Amazing office culture - I feel like the company looks out for us and goes out of their way to show their appreciation

      Cons

      - Since Springboard is still a startup, there's a lot of work that needs to be done so it's not out of the ordinary to wear multiple hats - No gym stipend

      We are incredibly grateful to have co-workers who are invested in our mission as much as the founders themselves and are always happy to hear positive feedback about it!
