* Better than a minimum wage side job. * Learn skills while helping other learn basic programming.

Cons

* Only get paid for mentor meetings, so anything extra is on you.

Pros

Springboard has a great team. They are quick to response to any issues a mentor could have with the student. They help a lot and make sure the quality of their curriculum is up to date with modern standards.

Cons

There are some bugs in the mentor dashboard and sometimes it is laggy.
