Pros
* People focused so they help you grow and give you the flexibility to take care of yourself * Awesome product with huge growth potential even with a built out platform * Good benefits
Cons
* The pay is competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. Don't look at Springbot if you're only in it for the money. * Occasionally, the team gets lost in the moment and there are points of high tension and frustration. They dissipate over time but they happen.
