Pros

This role will have you doing a lot of tasks right away. You will gain knowledge in Paid Social ads and account management.

Cons

Not a whole lot of room for moving up in the company at the moment.

Pros

- Some learning opportunities - Friendly coworkers - Decent work/life balance (but not really when compared to industry standards)

Cons

- Poor upper management (they have high stakes in the company yet seek middle managers to fix problems, drive results, and do their own work for them) - Due to overly ambitious product roadmaps and insufficient devs rushing to meet deadlines/expectations (not to mention integration nightmares with overly hyped Matcha), frustrations are aplenty - Company is trending downwards (lower retention, lower sales, less competitive product, etc.) yet has an inflated ego driven by company leaders - Best places to work awards seem to be driven by early insider employees combined with peculiar recruiting patterns seeking and filling more junior positions (don't think we don't notice) - Below average pay is offset with slightly better work/life balance - Ultimately, marketing and sales is driving this bus when in reality the tech/product should really be propelling the company forward

Pros

Decent health benefits. Ability to work from home. Good location in Midtown.

Cons

A young, fresh out of college culture. Very clique-oriented. Most of the leaders are young and don’t have much management experience. Take this into consideration if you've had a pretty substantial work background—you may have more work history/experience than your ‘team lead’. Very high turnover. Salary is very low considering the work load as well as the amount of tech companies in Atlanta that have the same position offering at least $20K more. Diversity is also lacking. Out of approximately 150 employees, there are only 10 people of color.

Pros

Lively environment. Your horizontal colleagues compete but in a healthy manner and really help each other out.

Cons

Management is a joke. It’s a frat essentially and the perfect example of being a good salesman doesn’t translate into being a good manager.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere Ceo is approachable Company bonding Free beer in the fridge after 5

Cons

Low pay, poor benefits, Smile and dial mentality. Management runs the business like a fraternity. Poor leadership and micro management High turn over They expect you to prospect at home so you have a call list. Don't you dare show up without a call list.
