Pros

Great work environment and colleagues, fun, challenging work. Get to work with awesome brands and companies from all over the world while learning about the industry.

Cons

The work is challenging, but very rewarding. This should be a no-brainer for someone looking for a great place to work.

Pros

Springbot has an amazing leadership team that constantly encourages our team to think outside of the box which in turn creates an unbeatable office atmosphere. My favorite thing about walking into work everyday is that I never feel as though I am walking into an office, rather a creative and collaborative environment where new ideas and suggestions are valued and never disregarded.

Cons

As an innovative and budding business our team works extremely hard every month to maintain our customer base as well as continue to reach huge milestones set by our leadership Team. It's a lot of hard work but extremely rewarding and never unrecognized by our Leadership Team.

Pros

Not even sure where to start. I've been working sales since I got out of college and I was starting to think opportunities like this didn't exist. I've never been so happy to be proven wrong. I started at 55-60k in an entry-level position where I was given the reins and told to create my own success. It was a place for me to finally be recognized for hard work (and believe me, it's hard work here). I quickly (3 months) got promoted once it was recognized that my skills were needed to close deals, as well as open them. I've since flourished in this role, and easily bring in 6 figures off my own desk. Compensation is fair, the leadership is incredible, the environment is fun and exciting, and I look forward to going into work every single day.

Cons

This is a tough one. If I could think of one actual flaw it has to do with the fact that there aren't more people who know about the company itself, which puts a burden on everyone.

Pros

Springbot has a great work environment, full of young go getters! They really ensure that each member of the team has what they need in order to succeed. The job is a grind from the beginning so if this something that scares you it probably isnt the place for you.

Cons

Like I mentioned the job is a GRIND, at the end of each day you are going to be exhausted mentally. There is some gap in communication from the top down, but overall they do a great job of quickly fixing mistakes

Pros

Culture & community - The people are fantastic and it's easy to make lots of new friends. There are plenty of community events from volunteering opportunities to potlucks that help bolster comradery while also giving back to the community. Purpose & responsibility - Everyone plays an integral role in the success of the company. If you're a self-starter who wants to see a direct impact from your role, you'll find that here. Fast-paced and interesting work - The company is growing quickly and has some pretty lofty goals. To be successful here, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment and come to work wanting to make a difference. Do your work well, be engaged in meetings, ask for help when needed and take initiative where you see opportunities. Leadership team - The senior leadership team is incredibly intelligent and hard-working. They have high expectations of their teams, but they encourage collaboration and foster a positive work environment. Hard work is recognized and appreciated. Location - In the heart of Midtown, easy to get to via MARTA. Traffic is awful, but that's Atlanta for you. Transportation - You can choose to have your garage parking paid for by the company or a monthly transportation stipend that can go toward MARTA. Gym on-site - There's a decent gym in the basement of the building that's paid for by the company. Dress code - Casual Amenities - Keurig coffee, kegerator (it's still a work environment & people respect that), ping pong table, lounge areas for breaks

Cons

Work/life balance - You get out what you put in. Long hours can be expected, but there's flexibility in hours and vacation time depending on which department you're in. Everything is results-driven, not a run out the clock mentality. Building, food & parking - Colony Square is going through major renovations right now, so construction is taking up a lot of parking spaces and the noise can be pretty loud at times. Your only options for food in the building are Starbucks, Chik-fil-a, and 1-3 food trucks on any given day. Lack of sophisticated processes & procedures - This is to be expected at a high growth startup. There's lots of progress being made, but if you're looking for a structured, consistent environment this may not be the place for you. Compensation & benefits - The pay is competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. No 401k match. Technology - Bring your own computer policy, but they do give you a stipend to help get you set up. Limited video-conferencing ability.
