Work/life balance - You get out what you put in. Long hours can be expected, but there's flexibility in hours and vacation time depending on which department you're in. Everything is results-driven, not a run out the clock mentality.
Building, food & parking - Colony Square is going through major renovations right now, so construction is taking up a lot of parking spaces and the noise can be pretty loud at times. Your only options for food in the building are Starbucks, Chik-fil-a, and 1-3 food trucks on any given day.
Lack of sophisticated processes & procedures - This is to be expected at a high growth startup. There's lots of progress being made, but if you're looking for a structured, consistent environment this may not be the place for you.
Compensation & benefits - The pay is competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. No 401k match.
Technology - Bring your own computer policy, but they do give you a stipend to help get you set up. Limited video-conferencing ability.
