Decent benefits. Decent pay. You will have work life balance.

Cons

A lot of the tough problems are solved already and momentum can be tough to build for changing things.

Cons

Dying company. Company used to be about 150 employee before the Accela purchase. Now about 40 employees. Shipped Engineering jobs to Ireland and India. Quarterly RIFs.
