The only pro is working along great co workers.

Cons

The company hired a controller which in fact, she does not speak professionally and cries when she gets overwhelmed from work which she will scream at you then apologize mentioning how much work she has(unprofessional). Possible discrimination since the company is 96 percent white and will let go of anyone of color.
