Pros

Springbrook is a small company with a great staff. The employees are down to earth yet professional. The leadership team is driven and respectful. I have felt valued and supported.

Cons

Accela, the parent company, has significantly downsized Springbrook, and the engineering team seems overwhelmed trying to keep up with needed work.

Cons

Dying company. Company used to be about 150 employee before the Accela purchase. Now about 40 employees. Shipped Engineering jobs to Ireland and India. Quarterly RIFs.

With renewed focus, Springbrook is expanding and hiring in Portland. We are investing in our product and engineering, sales and account management, and customer support and success teams. Change is not always easy, but, as a team, we are excited about our future, and passionate to have a positive impact on local government in our everyday lives.

Established account base which is in need of serious help

Cons

Not a customer driven company. Decisions made based on what is good for the engineering team's work load. Years behind in development of market-ready software. Services organization mismanaged at every level.
