Nothing, various other companies even meat companies will offer more tools for software developers/IT then this place.

Cons

Terrible Management Outdated Tools Terrible Culture Low Salary Don't even try to voice your concerns because they don't listen.

Pros

Company was innovative and management was hard working and trustworthy. My team mates were intelligent and dependable. Everyone pulled their weight.

Cons

Vacation policy could be better. You start with 3 weeks and gain a week of vacation time after 5 years of employment. So you only have 3 weeks of vacation until your 5 year anniversary
