Pros
There’s some really great people who work there and some amazing doctors who treat their staff so well, they will have the happiest team ever and their usually better compensated.
Cons
The pay is not enough for anyone to live on, the benefits they offer are not that great and beyond what anyone should pay for health coverage while working for a medical center. Some doctors treat their nurses and MAs like complete dirt and disrespect and demean them in front of the other staff, no one does anything about it, bc the doctors own the clinic. There’s a lot of political issues here and if you’re not jumping through all the hoops they are throwing at you with a smile and perfect performance, they will be sure to let you know about it.
