Pros

The pay is reasonable for the area.

Cons

There aren't enough subs so Title Coordinators, ELD teachers, and the Coach have to sub constantly, which means their groups get canceled.

Great staff. Most people here care about the kids and supporting their community. If you want to serve the local community, this is a great place.

Stressful and the pay could be better. However, this is likely to be the case in most school districts.
