I'd like to recommend that you fully participate in your departments recent pulse survey process and express the work-life balance concern with your team and team leader. Your team should then develop an action plan to incorporate next/best practices in this regard. If your voice is not being heard, then contact either a People Strategy member or someone in People Services. We will support you with the tools and strategies that you need for work / life balance.
