Great Benefits Great People Proper onboarding Focus on creating great workplace culture My experience thus far has exceeded my expectations. The company is growing rapidly with talented people. It feels like everyone matters and everyone is invested in each others success.

Cons

As with any emerging company, there are growing pains. However, it feels like there is an awareness of such things and the right people are in the right places to manage it.

We are committed to meeting the needs of all of our employees and to support you in various ways, such as: offering courses related to how to avoid burnout, stress management and wellness, offering training to our leaders and providing resources (EAP) to our staff, ensuring that our Department Heads attend training in our Leadership Academy, instituting the People Strategy Team to focus on the culture, diversity, equity, inclusivity and belonging. At SprintRay the CEO has established a culture - centered, diverse and inclusive organization. The focus is on the people. We've now been acknowledged as a "Great Place To Work" designation.

Cons

Not everyone knows about SprintRay and I look forward to this awesome organization becoming a worldwide - household name.
