Pros

This company cares about changing people's lives. They change patients' lives daily, Dentists' lives, and most of all they take care of their employees.

Cons

Training within can use some changes but they are working on it as they are aware of it. They do hear us out.

Pros

Write your own ticket. Though there are more systems and structure being added daily ambitious employees have ample chances to move laterally and vertically for opportunities they find of interest. Multiple teams across various departments and job titles allow prospects some latitude to ‘design your adventure’.

Cons

Rapid growth from small to medium size company means those that flourish in a highly structured and linear workplace may find it challenging to spot into their proper channel. Silos make intra departmental communication a persistent challenge though this has improved of late.

Cons

* No 401(k) matching * Very long vesting schedule for RSU grants * Limited snack selection, not many healthy options available * Company seems to be slowly trying to return to 100% in-office attendance for local employees
