Pros

I get to come to work every day with inspiring and talented people. I love collaborating with and learning from my team. I get to see the impact we have on our fellow Sprinters and our customers every single day. The benefits are above average too.

Cons

There is always more work than hours in the day. I have had to learn to prioritize and protect my personal time so I can have a work-life balance.
