      Pros

      I feel part of a team, really part, each and every day. My voice matters, I am paid a good salary and have a chance to earn stock one day too. I love my co-workers and team members. I finally found the job of my dreams in a company that is investing in my future.

      Cons

      Not enough time to make the contribution I want to make. I love this company. It's given me so many opportunities and I never seem to be able to give as much as I want to.

      Favoritism A lot of family/friends work there HR Dept unknowledgeable when it comes to suspensions, investigation, and complaints.

      While we appreciate your feedback, we do not have anyone on procurement for 3+ years because that department only came into existence one year ago. Even so, we take all feedback very seriously. It sounds like you did not like the outcome of something that occurred and have chosen this venue to vent which is certainly your right to do.
