Pros

We are here at SprintRay to innovate on a daily basis, we are a group of people passionate to make great products and services. We firmly believe collaboration supercharges innovation and having a diversity of ideas is the greatest way to achieve success.

Cons

It takes a great vision combined with hard work to create great products. Hence, having ambitious goals can be a curse and a blessing. Innovation happens because of limitations, however, finding the right solutions is not a factor of how many people you have, and more of how much time we have to have to refine the concepts.

I love the "Achieve the Impossible" attitude in the company, there's good camaraderie, I feel empowered, and leadership actually listens

Cons

Job pressure, but I guess that's part of working for a high growth startup

Extremely diverse. cutting edge technology, amazing staff, everyone's accessible, companies growing, they take suggestions well, they're flexible, compassionate, adaptable, work from home option but the office environment is very welcoming. They make you feel valued, like a person, not just a wheel in a cog.

Cons

I wish I had found them sooner
