Technology is good , lots of learning, Managers in US are really good and Supportive.

Cons

India office need really good and team player manager. No polices are in place any polices can be changed as per India head. Medical policy is not worth as head count is too small in India you can’t expect good corporate health insurance with all coverage. Worst work culture. Hire fire scenario.
