When I started I was positive and promised hours. I am a single mother and I alternate in two departments, working five days one week (under 24hrs) and the next week i am lucky if I get three days. I had no training what so ever! Everyone openly speaks about how sprouts will throw you in to a job and expect it to be done even if there is no training. I work with people who are so over qualified it is sad. And yet the people they choose to promote are MEN and as far as i have seen only two women have secure positions. My dept. manager is a great hard worker but she is in the lowest paid department , with a BA under her. They promoted a 20 yr old kid over her. It is just sad that this place is so popular.
