Pros

Spyderco has a great reputation and people will always buy their knifes so sales are always good. Awesome employees on the production floor that truly care about making a great product. The company is growing fast and is in the process of expanding.

Cons

Absentee owner is completely out of touch. He wants the final say in every single decision, but he is never available. Owner seemingly doesn’t trust anyone, and gives out very little information. Kind of like a dictatorship! Management on the production floor is the worst I’ve seen. Very unprofessional with little to no management skills.
