Pros
The Sr. Management work very hard to maintain a culture that is across-the-board fair and fun. They listen to their employees, and because the team is predominantly on the younger side, they don't treat any of their employees as children. Being treated as adults (there is unlimited PTO) allows for creative freedom and a very healthy work/life balance. Employees are treated as equals and all ideas are heard.
Cons
As the company continues to grow (which is a good thing) the downtown (in Clarksville) "house" office is quite charming; however the need for space and private meeting rooms has become quite a pain point. Luckily there are options to work from home if the claustrophobia becomes an issue for employees.

Pros
There's a big focus on employee satisfaction and maintaining a culture where people can constantly improve. People are given the latitude to take action and make things happen. As a whole, colleagues are very welcoming and willing to pitch in when needed, even in areas that may not be their expertise.
Cons
It's a startup company, which means that the pace of change is very fast. I don't consider this a con, but you need to be okay with change for this to be a fit.
