In this one year what I experienced is, It's a Great and Awesome Team to be a part of, Nice Infrastructure with neatly maintained premises, Attractive incentives with on-time Salaries every month. It's really a Healthy and Competitive environment to show your Caliber in Recruitment Field.

Cons

Sometimes, I see to many Strategies and Plans and few of them are really Hard to Implement and Executive.
