My onboarding started well—I received access to the required tools within a few hours and was assigned requirements on my first day. However, by the end of the day I was already being asked about submissions despite still dealing with onboarding issues.
The biggest concerns were workplace conditions and employee support. The laptop provided had hardware issues, and it took several days to receive an external keyboard and mouse. The Hyderabad office also had recurring hygiene issues, including cockroaches and rats, which were reported multiple times. Although employees were temporarily allowed to work from home and management stated that the issue had been addressed, the overall workplace environment remained a concern.
The HR process also lacked professionalism. My offer letter was shared only by email rather than as a formal document, no employee ID card was issued, and benefits such as PF and medical coverage were not available during the initial six months. This created uncertainty about the overall employee experience.
What I found most disappointing was the response to employee concerns. Instead of addressing the workplace hygiene issues with empathy, a member of the management team reportedly responded by asking, "Don't you have cockroaches and rats in your home?" I found this dismissive and unprofessional.
