Pros

Very good consultancy to work with. Straight forward billing. Proper salary through ADP. HR, Accounts and other management team is very prompt, friendly and helpful. Works with one of the best attorney for Visa related. No hidden salary cut.

Cons

No benefits, no leaves/holidays. No training, career development. Health insurance, dental, vision are very costly.
