None, its a small consulting company that take's 80/20. As long as you don't get an RFE you are fine otherwise they will squeeze every dollar out of you and keep you in dark.

Cons

STAY AWAY, they are not honest, they will mess up your paper work and then you will have to deal with it.

I have worked with Sriven for 5.5 years. Management, Payroll team and HR team were very professional and helpful with immigration and very responsive with any questions or clarifications, I was paid on time always and there weren't any issues with the management.

Cons

Employer contribution to 401 K.
