      Pros

      If you get lucky and have great managers who will train you to be a great manager then the time there isn't so bad. The job culture is rough though...large focus on giving excellent service to the client, which is not so hard when you have such a energetic employees with you. Overall its a great company to work with.

      Cons

      high work pressure but being progressive company its acceptable.

      I represent Sriven systems as a BPM architect with expertise in Lombardi and have been associated with the org. from last 1.5 years.It's an awesome place to be and fun n productive at the same time.Managerial support gives me more strength to do enough and raise my standards of work every single day If you have that zeal & passion to reinvent yourself,come join Sriven.
