      Pros

      I absolutely loved working here. I was challenged everyday and I learned how to perform different tasks. Towards the end of my time working there (before I had to leave to go back to school) I had earned my boss's trust to work in the office alone. Working here made me reach a new responsibility and I loved taking on the different challenges and tasks.

      Cons

      No cons. You will never get that typical stressed environment here.

      Pros

      If you get lucky and have great managers who will train you to be a great manager then the time there isn't so bad. The job culture is rough though...large focus on giving excellent service to the client, which is not so hard when you have such a energetic employees with you. Overall its a great company to work with.

      Cons

      high work pressure but being progressive company its acceptable.

      Lots of internal politics, don't pay employees money on time... CEO knows how to use employees for purpose
