      Pros

      Management is smart, they always tried to make sure I was working on something useful, interesting, and helpful to the company. Every business and code decision is data-driven, so management decisions always make sense. Co-workers are all very smart, and company atmosphere is such that any of them are accessible whenever you have any questions.

      not as such . negligible cons that can be digestible if you want your professional growth

      Pros

      From the business model to the culture, I'm so impressed and pleased to be working here. Everything that we do is about helping people get jobs....Very friendly environment to work with. Best part in company is CEO is youth oriented young and focused boss. Love to work with Sriven always.

      Seriously as if now no negative experience. Sometimes work pressure do exist but who will not like to love in happy, energetic and friendly environment ?

      Sriven systems is a life changing work environment! The employees and management team are very genuine and supportive! The culture is very positive and it is a fun environment. New ideas are encouraged and implemented. Sriven systems, is a great employer with amazing perks. Complementary beverages and snacks to keep the teams happy and energetic is amazing . Thanks Sriven systems

      Cons

      Sometimes over work pressure & Work/Life Balance is a bit off, but only due to volume of work not to any pressure applied by management.
