Loved most of my nurses

Cons

Management sucked. Even after moving out of the state and quitting, they still called me to pick up shifts. Agency spent most of the time in the back room on their phones. Short staffed. Myself with one nurse for 40 patients on rehabilitation unit with most being 2 assist. Get burned out really quick. Hopefully it's gotten better since I've left, but as far as I know everyone I worked with there is no longer there, they quit for better opportunities.
