      Pros

      I had some great nurses to help me when I was drowning in work. I also had a good nurse manager that always had my back and advocated for me.

      Cons

      The nurse to patient ratios were getting unsafe, as were the aide to patient ratios. It was overwhelming many days, and I felt like I couldn’t give the best care to my patients that they deserved.
