This place was very unorganized. The software was out of date. Honestly,they should come up with a better system to register people . the nurses and other staff look down at you and aren't team players when it comes to getting things done. I feel their making free money because their isn't a certain thing as customer service . you may find a few nice ones but that's about it. My badge never worked to get in and out of places. The machines would always go down and someone from the back would either walk up or meet you with paper work . just imagine 12 people waiting to register and 5 in the waiting area waiting needing to sign ,so after they go sit down they have to get back up.. That's an attitude waiting to happen.

Top heavy. Fruitless spending has required downsizing in areas, expect at the top. Healthcare is expensive, and costs are steadily rising. However, too many decisions are made by the executives without the input of middle and upper management. The people that actually drive the ship will probably end up sinking it, unfortunately.
