      Better scheduling in terms of family. Friendly staff. Nice and supportive manager

      Cons

      Patient to nurse ratio not best. Medical floors are not staffed appropriately in relation to workload and patient acuity.

      Faith-based hospital. Employees support hospital mission of service. Kind, dedicated staff. Fair pay, good benefits. Enjoyed working here very much.

      Cons

      Busy hospital, Fast-paced environment. Workload gets heavy especially during the winter months. Tightly run financial organization that adheres to budgets which can be a challenge at times.
