St. Dominic's is a good place to work because the people are friendly and helpful. They have some of the best doctors in the state, and it's a Christian based hospital that puts the patients needs first.

Cons

I have no cons for working at St. Dominic's hospital.

Great team, the pay is good but could be a little better, work schedule is flexible, has a good reputation for quality of care

Cons

There are too many chiefs and they tend to be competing against one another which makes it hard to get things accomplished if you are lower on the totem pole, communication
