Salary and benefits were good, especially tuition remission.

Cons

Turnover rate was way too high, and in all departments across the board. The only ones staying are the ones too invested in retirement to leave. Way too many chiefs, and not enough boots on the ground. Hiring from within is a great idea, but often leads to employees unqualified for their positions.
