Pros

The faculty in the behavioral sciences department gave me a lot of support and helped mold me into a better instructor. The students were, in the vast majority of cases, a joy. I still keep in contact with some of my students years after being their professor. I was offered a lot of autonomy, as well, which allowed me to grow into my own teaching style. My time there was phenomenal.

Cons

They don't offer benefits to adjuncts.
