      Pros

      The faculty are wonderful. They truly care about the students. The access a student has to a faculty member would be unheard of at a large university. But it's even more than that. The faculty do what they do because it's a way of life for them -- they live to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      Administration. They don't seem to know what they are doing and they seem to lack basic business sense. I get the impression that they want to do the right thing but just do not know how to go about making that happen. It shouldn't take this long to figure it out.

      Friendly people Give wonderful opportunities to students I owe my future career to this place

      Cons

      Brass is political and disorganized Morale throughout the department is very very poor Brass is known to approve vacation and then reject it when the time comes No overtime for full time staff

      Free insurance for employees making under $33K, some tuition covered for graduate school programs, very comfortable lifestyle, 2 weeks vacation in the first year, 3 weeks in the following

      Cons

      Many people stay in the same positions for years and not many new positions are created. There is rarely an opportunity to move up, get promoted, have a title change.
