Pros

Free insurance for employees making under $33K, some tuition covered for graduate school programs, very comfortable lifestyle, 2 weeks vacation in the first year, 3 weeks in the following

Cons

Many people stay in the same positions for years and not many new positions are created. There is rarely an opportunity to move up, get promoted, have a title change.

Pros

st. Edward's offers nice compensation for working as a graduate assistant, and all of the fellow employees are very nice and quite helpful. the athletic department has great chemistry and is a nice place to work.

Cons

Could offer a little more compensation like some other schools offer. Not that large of funding can make some of the day to day things a little tough, but overall it is not bad.
