Self scheduling. They finally hired agency staff but they need more help.

Cons

Low hourly rate, no room for advancement for women. Staffing Shortages. Human Resource Management is all about the company and not the employee. Workplace retaliation when you submit a complaint to HR about unsafe patient care practices.

As with any hospital you won't agree/like everyone. Sometimes unit managers seems to frown upon swapping units.

timely pay, nice campus, friendly staff

Cons

bosses don't care about you AT ALL and are very unwilling to change, lack of training, no clarity about job duties until reprimanding you
