Pros

Great Insurance and matching contributions. Easy to take PTO.

Cons

Lack of communication between management and higher ups. No one knows what you actually do. I could be doing 6 peoples jobs and they see just one. Your holidays come from your own PTO, even when closed.

Pros

The hospital itself is a good hospital with great intensivists in the ICU, good work family

Cons

Pay was pretty low compared to other places with low sign on bonus, managers of ICU were not very good, not organized, played favorites. Hopefully it has gotten better now since there were some changes in management in the past few years.
