Leadership listens. Staff appreciation is shown and opportunities to share your appreciation of your coworkers is also available. A lot of well seasoned staff, wanting to mentor new staff to ensure your success. Positioning the hospital to be the most accessible and sustainable hospital in the area, ensuring that they offer top notch care for all ages. If you are wanting to be a part of a team that encourages growth as a whole and individually, this is where you want to work.

Cons

Poor parking for staff, parking building is not attached to the hospital. Don’t recognize significant holidays like Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, could offer more vacation benefits at the start.
