It was a good start. They try to show their appreciation to their staff members in different ways.

Cons

The hospital treated nurses and doctors better than everyone during Covid. They got free meals because they came in contact and worked long hours with patients. While everyone else who worked long hours and were on direct contact with patients didn’t. They were constantly gifted things throughout the day. Felt unwanted. Radiology management is horrible. Is a buddy buddy system and if you’re not in the clique, then you will be treated as such.
