Team Nursing and a lot of unsafe assignments

Free Parking, Epic Charting, and Cafeteria employee discount.

Cons

They are transitioning to team nursing however, they do not have the personnel to successfully and safely enact this approach. No accountability for lazy and rude workers, specifically the CNA will disappear and have an attitude if you ask them for anything
