Pros

I liked being in the medical setting. Most of the staff including doctors and nurses are very nice.

Cons

Same old same old day in and day out. Really no way to advance in this position unless you go into the medical field. Management sees you as a number and statistic and sometimes tells you your job position is not really needed.

Cons

They are transitioning to team nursing however, they do not have the personnel to successfully and safely enact this approach. No accountability for lazy and rude workers, specifically the CNA will disappear and have an attitude if you ask them for anything
