Beautiful, new Elder community

Pros

The Elder residents were the best thing about the nursing home. My boss was exceptionally wonderful. She was organized, understanding, and a perfect fit as Director of Nursing.

Cons

The politics of a small town run Nursing home were ridiculous. Upper management was a mess and it trickled down to us CNAs.
