Great coworkers. Poor management.

Cons

Pay is substandard compared to other hospitals. I can't believe this place is run by nurses! Nurses are your front line. They gave us flower seeds for Nurses Week. SEEDS! What an insult. Nurses are not valued here. Ironically, their commercials state otherwise. Raises are laughable. They are continually taking away our medical benefits. You are forced to go to STPH for your medical needs but they took away our wellness monies and now they took away our employee discount.
