Pros
There is a great focus on employee satisfaction at STPH balanced with patient and physician satisfaction. Once your foot is in the door, you can certainly put down roots and plan to retire with STPH, if you want to. The hospital offers many education opportunities to advance your career. The benefits are great in comparison to other employers in the area. Clinical employees seem to be the happiest in their jobs.

Some of the departments with entry-level positions can be a challenge to work for, but the right people with the right attitude will have opportunities to move up in the company.
