Interview process is quick and they offered me immediate job letter to work at a warehouse. Very professional.Salaries on time.

Cons

sometimes need to work compulsory for 10 hrs.should be very quick

‘part time fill staff’ this shouldnt be legal?

Pros

manager is courteous and listens to some concerns, coworkers some of the best people ive ever met

Cons

working 40+ hours a week and given clear work hours but labeled ‘part time fill staff’ by SMX so they dont have to offer health benefits, working 10 hours a day in a warehouse with no air conditioning doing heavy lifting and no opportunity to sit down until our 20 minute break, consistently asked to stay for 12 hours + overtime on friday
